Cause Description:
The Plymouth Total Achievement Program is a non-profit therapeutic after school program for children with social and emotional disabilities. The goal of our program is to work with children ages 6-13 and their families, to prevent psychiatric hospitalizations and out of home placements. We work with children for an average of one year to support them in the community in hopes of assisting them to be successful at home, school, and less structured recreational activities.
