Cause Description:
The mission of Aspire is to provide people with developmental disabilities quality lifetime supports and opportunities to achieve their individual highest human potential where they live, learn, work or play. Aspire was founded in 1960 by a small group of concerned parents who identified a need for specialized services for people with mental retardation and developmental disabilities such as autism, cerebral palsy, and epilepsy. Today, early intervention services are provided for children birth to six years of age; beginning at age 18, a complete array of day, employment and residential services for adults are available.
