MHAMC promotes mental wellness and supports those with mental illness by sponsoring and implementing advocacy, education, and community service programs. The MHA has served all Montgomery County residents since 1956 without regard to race, religion, creed, national origin, gender, age, disability, or income. The MHA a 501 C 3 non-profit group with over a thousand volunteers. There are currently ten major direct service programs for people of all ages.
