CDS Monarch Senior Living: Integrated, high-quality, affordable apartment community for Seniors and Veterans with and without disabilities. Unistel: Safe Quality Food certified and FDA approved manufacturer of food products and the Salute Seasonings brand. Expertise in packaging, consolidation, assembly, and warehousing. Employs People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and Veterans. The Wolf Foundation: A community-sustained endowment established in support of CDS Monarch.
