Milestone Centers, Inc. helps people with behavioral health and intellectual challenges who live in western Pennsylvania. We are a community-based human service provider that supports those we serve through our residential, day and vocational, clinical and advocacy and school-based services. Each year we support nearly 3,500 individuals and their families so that they can live and work in their communities.
