Youth@Work is a program of Workforce Alliance, Inc. and a public-private partnership of the City of New Haven, the New Haven Board of Education, the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce and Empower New Haven. The program was established to provide underserved youth, ages 14-19, with year-round and summer employment opportunities, career exposure and work readiness skills.
