Hampton Roads Community CareOur Mission: Hampton Roads Community Care' mission statement is improving the lives of individuals, providing help and healing for the release of the best in human potential. We accomplish this thru 3 core areas: Basic Care, Educational Services, & Health and Human Services. Programs include food distribution, soup kitchen, clothes closet, tutoring, mentoring, counseling and addiction recovery. We also hold large events for monthly Community in Action days, Back to School, Thanksgiving, Mother's Day and Christmas. We work with the whole family to help them succeed in life!
