Cause Description:
·Establish a low cost spay/neutering program in Henry County, Georgia. ·Implement a no kill operation (a.k.a. ‘low kill’) at the Henry County Animal Shelter thus drastically reducing the euthanasia rate. Use the successful models authored by Nathan Winograd to accomplish this goal. ·Rescue, provide veterinarian care, and find qualified homes for homeless companion animals. ·Provide information to the public regarding the correct care of animals, especially to children. ·Provide dog and cat food to low income citizens. ·Provide assistance to military families with their pets while deployed. ·Accomplish the above goals by fundraising, actively seeking donations, grants.
