Every year 3500 children are afflicted by shaken baby syndrome and 40% of these die. This is a 100% preventable form of child abuse. In conjunction with this tragedy the National Child Care System is in crisis, our children are dying every day at the hands of licensed providers that we should be able to trust. Only minimum standards will help.....help us intact the federal laws and educate to protect our children....
