The Southwestern Bell Pioneers is the community service organization made up of employees and retirees of the telephone company. With a focus on education, the SWBell Pioneers paint playground maps on elementary schools, build wheelchair ramps, give away the kindergarten self-esteem book entitled, "I Like Me" and the Hug-a-Bear to police and fire departmenst for children experiecing a traumatic event.
