The CareLink Foundation was founded in 2000. Our mission is to assist medically underserved and uninsured children and their parents in overcoming barriers to receiving medical care in Dupage County, Illinois. More specifically through programs such as access to care, health care interpretator services, transportation, obtaining specialty care physician services, and car seat safety education and car seats. These programs are offered to work toward the ultimate goal of finding a medical home for all children who live in our community.
