The Southwestern Vermont Health Care (SVHC) family of providers includes a hospital (since 2002, Vermont's only Magnet hospital for nursing excellence), nursing home and rehabilitation center, home health agency and hospice, cancer center, two regional medical centers and physician practices. Our mission is to care for a comfort our patients, residents and their loved ones and to improve the health status of the communities we serve. Our vision is to make the communities we serve the healthiest in the nation and the SVHC health care system the safest in the nation.
