A NEW BEGINNING PET CARE & RESCUE, INC. is a non-profit rescue group. The purpose of our organization is to save discarded companion pet's lives and find new homes for them. If these pets are turned over to coventional animal shelters, they could be in imminent danger of death by euthanasia since prevailing local shelters use euthanasia regardless of age or health, as a means to control "overpopulation" of "unwanted" animals.
