Cause Description:
Forever Families for Felines is a small rescue with a focus on TNR (trap, neuter, return). When possible, rescued cats that are found to be great candidates for adoption are placed in home environments where we work on socializing them. Kittens are rescued and placed in foster families where they quickly learn how wonderful family life can be. When ready, we then try to find "forever families" for each one of them. All of the TNR work carried out by Forever Families for Felines is funded solely by the group, and all spaying, neutering and vetting costs are paid for by us. Countless hours are spent during each TNR; trapping, transporting, caring for the spayed and neutered cats until release, and socialization of kittens. Please help us to continue to TNR as many cats as we can, and to make it possible for us to continue getting kittens and cats adopted into wonderful "forever families." Our goal is to diligently try and help put an end to senseless euthanasia due to over-population, and end the needless suffering of feral cats and kittens born outdoors. We educate others trying to begin a TNR program in their area and, even though our group is small, we make every effort to help those requesting our help in doing TNR in their area.
