Bay Aging's mission is to help people, as they age, to live independently and safely in their own home for as long as possible. We serve the 10 counties of the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck: Essex, Gloucester, King & Queen, King William, Lancaster, Mathews, Middlesex, Northumberland, Richmond and Westmoreland. We provide the following services for persons ages 18 and older: Care Coordination, Meals on Wheels, Respite for Caregivers, Bay Transit, MedCarry, Senior Apartments, Weatherization Programs, Housing Rehabilitation, Adult Day Care, Alzheimer's Support Groups, Indoor Plumbing Rehabilitation, Emergency Services, Retired Senior Volunteer Program, Senior Activity Centers, Fan Care, Insurance Counseling, Legal Aid, Referral Services.
