Bell-Whitley Community Action Agency serves the third most economically depressed county in Kentucky. Jobs are so scarce in this county that we are now in to fifth generation welfare. Bell-Whitley provides an umbrella of services to the two county area. Head Start, Weatherization of disadvantaged homes, Job training partnership, Community Outreach, Low cost childcare are a few of the programs offered at no charge to our communities. In a community where funds are scarce and resources few, we achieve excellet result because of caring people.
