Ontario-Yates Hospice and Palliative Care offers care to patients and families facing terminal illness. Patients are residents of Ontario or Yates counties in New York. Hospice is a holistic approach to care, incorporating the medical, spiritual and social aspects of dieing and the bereavement process for loved ones. As a non-profit, we are constantly challenged with raising funds to offset the cost of care beyond medical insurance reimbursement.
