Northeast Missouri Humane Society

Hannibal, Missouri

Cause Description:
We are a non-profit animal shelter, servicing five Northeast Missouri counties. We take in stray and unwanted animals, provide quality feed and healthcare, provide for adoptions of homeless pets and participate in community events and education. We operate a successful Spay and Neuter Assistance Program to help community members who cannot afford to spay and neuter their pets. All animals adopted from our shelter are current on vaccinations, wormed, spayed or neutered and tested for fatal diseases. Our constant mission is to make our community a more humane one for the animals, and people, within it.
