Second Wind Adoption Program is a horse adoption program that works on rescue prevention, to put horses into good quality permanent homes before the need arises for intervention over rescue, abuse, neglect, miss use or over use of horses. SWAP is an international program that has placed over 2000 of 65 different breeds of horses into homes throughout 46 states and Canada, headquartered in West Virginia.
