Its primary focus is on national policy and policymaker education. EESI's mission is to produce credible, timely information and innovative policy ideas and to effect change through coalition building, media outreach, publications, Congressional briefings, workshops and task forces on the issues of energy efficiency and renewable energy, transportation, sustainable communities,and global climate change. EESI holds more than 20 highly regarded Congressional briefings each year. We seek to develop innovative “win-win” policy solutions and strategies through all of our work.
