Cause Description:
We are an association of family physicians who are organizing some programs to help our patients live healthier. We are doing a tobacco education program for 4th and 5th graders which has been in operation for about six months and growing (but sadly no $ support from the state) and are just starting a walk nh program which will focus on moderate walks in 50 towns throughout NH to get people out of their cars and taking steps toward an increased level of activity.
