The Fund for Social Welfare Inc. is a 501 c3 non profit (#52-0194032) that supports innovative human service projects which benefit the poor and vulnerable citizens of Baltimore County, MD. As a private, non-profit charity, the Fund works to identify needed services that cannot otherwise be provided. The Fund stretches to meet the needs of the most vulnerable: the aged and the very young, the abused and the neglected, the homeless and the poor.
