Impact Bay Area is a nonprofit organization preventing violence and promoting healing by teaching Impact, a unique form of full- force self-defense against a padded attacker. Since 1985, we have given more than 9,000 women and girls in the San Francisco Bay Area the skills needed to defend themselves against verbal, physical and sexual assault.
