The Ferret Haven, in Louisville, KY specializes in rescue, adoption and long term care of domestic ferrets who are in need of a home. We are a member of the SOS. The Ferret Haven specializes in the long-term care of ferrets behavioral or medical conditions as well as those ferrets requiring hospice care. Healthy ferrets given up to The Ferret Haven receive medical exams and vaccinations before every effort is made to find the perfect adoptive "forever home" for each ferret. The largest annual expense incurred by our shelter is veterinary care due to surgeries, illness and routine exams and vaccinations, followed by the expsnses of daily care - Food, Litter, etc. Our website is www.theferrethaven.org
