Cause Description:
The purpose of H.E.L.P. is to pay for medical and/or foster care expenses for sick and injured Los Angeles City shelter animals that would otherwise be euthanized. We also provide medical and foster care for nursing mothers and babies who would be euthanized. Our ultimate goal is that no animal in the LA City Shelters ever be euthanized due to treatable illness or injury, or because it is a nursing mother with babies.
