FishTrax, is a non-profit, 501 (c)(3) organization established in 2000 and headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Our mission is to help people overcome the biggest hurdles to employment – a lack of experience and a lack of confidence. FishTrax does this by offering professionalism courses, one-on-one coaching services and comprehensive internship programs with local companies that provide customized apprentice opportunities. The hosting companies serve as mentors to interns in the workplace and provide hands-on work experience. Upon completion of the program, FishTrax graduates are considered elite entry-level candidates.
