CWA/Donation/2002 Date. 08.09.2002___ --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Sir, Citizens Welfare Association is a non-governmental, non-political and non-sectarian organization, registered under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance, 1961 with its head office at 96, Khayaban-e-Iqbal, F-8/2, Islamabad. The NGO is concerned with the welfare of the following categories of citizens providing shelter, food, health-care and clothing:  Children especially orphans  Youth  Women  Aged and infirm  Patients needing to recuperate The NGO is presently constructing a shelter house for orphan boys and girls, which is nearly completing. It will provide boarding, lodging and standard education to these orphans to make them able a responsible and civilized citizen of the country. Members of the NGO as well as few philanthropists have donated generously but the project could not finished and is now crawling due to non-availability of funds. Your advice in this regard is being sought. Founder members of the NGO consists of the following personalities:  Admiral ® Karamat Rehman Niazi NI(M), SJ, former Chief of the Naval Staff.  Admiral ® Iftikhar Ahmed Sirohey NI(M), S.Bt former Chief of the Naval Staff.  Admiral ® Saeed Muhammad Khan NI(M), S.Bt former Chief of the Naval Staff.  Rear Admiral ® Muhammad Enver - Pakistan Navy.  Mr Muhammad Qasim Khan Niazi – Advocate High Courts of Pakistan.
