Voices For Children CASA's mission is to serve abused and neglected children through the recruitment and training of volunteers who serve as Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) under the direction of court appointed Guardian ad Litem attorneys. The advocates provide investigation, advocacy, and monitoring services and also develop supportive relationships with the victims. The agency is committed to the concept that every abused and/or neglected child in Boulder County is entitled to an effective voice in court and a safe permanent home.
