Career Dreams Educational Foundation helps students to be more successful in their education and go for their career dreams based on their talents and passions. Career Dreams establishes a positive atmosphere of NO-LIMITS and NO-NEGATIVES within each school. It facilitates teamwork, sharing and open communication while restoring and building on respect, trust, creativity, and productivity for everyone on the school campus. Teachers and staff become mentors to every student in their school, whether special education, at-risk youth, gifted, or main-stream students to get the individualized education that each student needs to achieve their career dreams! The CDEF system is implemented NATIONWIDE with seminars, workshops and the "train-the-trainers" program.
