From its Worldwide Distribution Center and Headquarters in Spring Lake, Michigan, to field offices in Ghana, Kosovo, Honduras and the Philippines, IA delivers healthcare services, training and resources. While called to serve the poor and the sick, "the lest of these," as Jesus referred to them, IA goes beyond meeting physical needs alone.
