1. Provides emergency financial assistance for unmet medical needs of the uninsured to include prescriptions, dental extractions, eyeglasses, liquid nutrient, incontinent supplies, etc. 2.Provides diabetes clinics, education, exercise classes and screenings to reduce the burden of diabetes in our community. 3. Loans durable medical equipment to those people who are unable to afford to rent or purchase it.
