The Middle Georgia Medical Society Foundation (a foundation at the National Heritage Foundation) is committed to researching and developing programs that will raise awareness and help solve the youth violence, digital-divide and healthcare crisis in the African-American community. The MGMSF endeavors to provide educational and financial assistance to high school and college students aspiring to attend medical school, as well as provide computer access and healthcare information to the community.
