The National Kidney Foundation of Ohio is one of 52 affiliates of the National Kidney Foundation, Inc. All affiliates are guided by this mission statement: The mission of the National Kidney Foundation is to prevent kidney and urinary tract diseases, improve the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by these diseases, and increase the availability of all organs for transplantation. The National Kidney Foundation of Ohio serves the entire state of Ohio, plus Kenton, Boone, and Campbell counties in Kentucky. It is governed by a voluntary Board of Trustees.
