The mission of the agency is “to enhance the quality of life for all children and their families.” We seek to develop programs with the highest of standards, provide professional guidance, direct service and consultation to the families and professionals who endeavor to meet the ever changing, demanding needs of children. The Agency's goals include documenting community childcare needs, developing innovative solutions/programs to resolve unmet needs and implementing programs where there are no available resources.
