Thousand Waves Martial Arts & Self-Defense center is a training ground for peacemakers. For almost 25 years the teachers, students and families of Thousand Waves have been creating a community that promotes personal safety, non-violent conflict resolution, physical fitness and a non-quitting spirit through self-defense and traditional martial arts programs for adults, teens and youth. Members apply the skills and principles learned at Thousand Waves to transform their lives at home, school, work and in public spaces.
