Cause Description:
MCAP was created to Rescue, Rehabilitate and Rehome animals in crisis (including housing pets experiencing domestic violence), ensure healthy pets through education, advocacy and affordable services (including TNR), inspire the community where the animal-human bond is celebrated and nurtured, maximizing live outcomes for animals, while balancing animal comfort and public safety by supporting local law enforcement & animal control officers in South Mississippi as well as assisting Emergency Operations Centers & the American Red Cross during natural disasters. We also work with many other rescue partners both inside and outside of South Mississippi. We are ALL VOLUNTEERS!!! We could not do any of this without our wonderful volunteers, foster homes, and fabulous vet clinics that we work with.
