YWCA is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. YWCA focuses its mission-driven work in the following core areas: racial and gender equity, economic advancement and empowerment, and health and safety. The YWCA provides direct services through various programs that address the disparities and inequities in education, health, income and power especially for women and people of color.
