The Center's direct services include a tutoring program, a mentoring program, a tattoo removal program and a childcare center. Co-located agencies provide on-site services ranging from health care, advocacy for children with special needs to a community day school for high-risk junior/senior high school students. 50% of the residents are under age 18. The majority is of low-income families.
