Cause Description:
We are an Animal Sanctuary Our Mission: To provide a permanent, caring home for the animals that are deemed outcasts to society - the ones left behind and who have no hope of surviving. They are a result of abuse, abandonment, sickness or handicap, or just the natural process of getting too old. They are the ones let down by those who said they would love them forever. They deserve to be treated with compassion and love and have the right to just be a dog by snuggling in a warm blanket, or a cuddly lap. They deserve a filling meal several times a day, with a treat now and then as the day goes by. They deserve to live a healthy life and know that they are an important part of the family. They deserve a life... we want to give them one. We will strive to educate the public in responsible pet parenting. We will work diligently with the legal authorities to rid the world of breeders who only have dollar signs in their eyes, and not the best interest of the breed and the animals that they procreate. As of September 2010, we have received our determination from the IRS and have obtained our 501 (c) (3) Status !
