announce the "PMPB Youth Instructional Program".
This program provides youths with expert
insruction in both piping and drumming as they
play with the Portland Metro Youth Pipe Band. Portland Metro Pipe Band is exempt from Federal
income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the
Internal Revenue Code
