In IDA you will find multicultural families with roots in the germanspeaking community. We are people living all over the world and we are interested in teaching our children German as a second language, to participate actively in the community of their host country without loosing touch with their home. We help each other with tips and tricks - in particular when things are getting tough again. In der IDA finden sich multikulturelle Familien mit Wurzeln im deutschsprachigen Raum. Wir sind Menschen aus aller Welt, die daran interessiert sind, ihren Kindern Deutsch als zweite Sprache beizubringen, sich in ihrem Gastland aktiv am kulturellen Austausch zu beteiligen und den Draht zu ihrem deutschsprachigen Heimatland nicht zu verlieren. Wir helfen einander mit Kontakten, Tips und Tricks aus eigener Erfahrung -- und einem ermutigenden Wort für jemanden, dem das Auslandsleben gerade 'mal schwer fällt.
