Cause Description:
Casa Yurumein is a community center, servicing the Garifuna and the Afrodescent Central American Communities in The Bronx. We provide art and Garifuna Language Clases to children and Adultos, we have a five months intensive training focusing in adquiring knowledge about the Garifuna history,culture, creed and custums, we training females youth age 14 to 19. We have an HIV/AIDS project that provides education in prevention.
