Promote responsible pet ownership; educate on how to reduce animal overpopulation; foster programs for homeless, neglected, and abused animals; provide humane education to the public; develop a healthy relationship between people and animals. Every animal is spayed or neutered and receives needed vaccinations before they are made available for adoption.
