Monarch's Club Horizon is a psychosocial rehabilitation program serving adults, age 18 or older, with severe and persistent mental illness. Our mission is to increase community acceptance and improve the quality of life for adults with serious mental illness by facilitating meaningful work, education, housing, and social opportunities.
