Auxiliary services to person living with AIDS, their families and friends. 3. Case management and housing assistance to prevent homelessness to persons living with HIV and their families. 4. Prevention and education programs to the community on HIV/AIDS to provide an understanding of safer behavior and to decrease fear in the community.
