Feline Network is a small, all volunteer, not for profit cat rescue organization located in Springfield/Fairfax, VA.. Founded in 2003, it is run entirely by volunteers with no paid staff, and is dedicated to reducing the number of tame cats and potentially tame kittens living on their own in the unpredictable wild. We strongly advocate Trap, Neuter and Return programs for feral cats and as space and volunteers are available, take feral kittens into our foster care, have them vetted by our dedicated vets, socialize and eventually adopt them to lifetime homes.
