Hilltop Humane Society is dedicated to ending the tragedy of pet overpopulation. Staffed 100% by volunteers, we use every penny we receive to rescue homeless and abandoned cats. We do not turn our backs on feral cats, and are one of the only Greater Boston area Humane organizations offering TNR (trap-neuter-return) services, which is necessary if we truly wish to end the tragedy of homelessness.
