LEHAR is a no-kill, nonprofit all volunteer animal rescue. We are dedicated to finding safe and loving homes for animals in need. We have a spay and release program for feral animals, and one of our goals is to make a low cost spay clinic available in our area. Since we are entirely staffed by volunteers and operate on donated funds only, financial support goes directly to helping the animals. As of 11/25/01 we have almost $5,000 in outstanding vet bills we need deperately to get paid off in order to continue next year. [view full description]
