Kyle Miller was 3 years old when his seatbelt failed and he was ejected from his parents' mini-van and killed during a rollover accident. Since then, his parents discovered that had their son been in a 5 point harness car seat which harnesses to 80lbs, their son would have been saved. The foundation spreads awareness of the safer choice of harnessing children for as long as possible and donates these expensive car seats (retail ~$300) to families in need.
