We were founded in 1977 for the purpose of improving the health of migrant and seasonal farm workers, rural poor and other citizens of Collier County. We have grown since those early days with 12 sites, including the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile. We offer basic primary and preventative medical and dental health care services.
